Position Summary
Be available to assist the President with any and all tasks throughout the day including, but not limited to: Arranging travel; managing calendar; opening office at start of day; closing office at end of day; taking messages, placing online orders and managing online returns, pick up and deliveries, facilitating meals and coffee, setting and managing personal appointments and reminders, and paying bills.
Spearheading the revival of our non-profit organization. Making contacts, networking, planning, and organizing events, guest lists, menus, agendas, etc.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (minimum qualifications)
- Must have at last 1 year or experience in a support role
- Strong computer skills (email, Word, Excel)
- Good written and communication skills
- Has proper phone etiquette
- Creative problem-solving abilities
- Strong organizational skills
- Clean DMV/Reliable transportation/willingness to drive as needed
Physical Demands
This is a fast-paced environment that will require at times to be walking some distances within the office. On occasion you will be lifting, holding, moving at minimum 25lbs.
