Customer Service Assistant/Printer

Position Summary

Customer Service Assistant/Printer is required to send completed engineering to clients for review and approval. Keeping engineering and customer service informed when changes are needed for projects. Once the project is approved, printing station is responsible to print, stamp and/or digitally sign project, and send to client in a timely manner.

Essential Functions

  • Email completed engineering for approval.
  • Printing and stamping approved projects.
  • Digitally Signed approved projects
  • Back up on phones

Other Duties

  • Placing Orders and Printer Maintenance
  • Other duties, as assigned.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (minimum qualifications)

  • Must have at last 1 year or experience in a support role.
  • Computer literate (Outlook Email, Word, Excel, Adobe, BlueBeam)
  • Good written and communication skills
  • Detail-Oriented
  • Critical Thinking
  • Problem Solver

Physical Demands

  • Regularly required to use hands.
  • Lift up to 25 pounds
  • Required standing for a period of time.
  • Some kneeling and crouching
  • Required some walking.


Annual Salary Range Per Year: $41,600 – $45,000
